Kuemper waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. Everything went their way against the St. Albert Falcons as they made off with a 9-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won four games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Kuemper pushed their record up to 8-5 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for St. Albert, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kuemper will square off against Ogden at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for St. Albert, they will face off against Missouri Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Big Reds' pitching crew has only allowed 2.2 runs per game this season, so the Falcons' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
