Football Recap: Halifax Academy Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Halifax Academy had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were outmatched by the Out-of-Door Academy Thunder and fell 38-0.

Brady Cleveland had an outrageously good game for Out-of-Door Academy as he picked up 37 receiving yards and two scores, and also threw for 17 yards and one touchdown. Winston Crisci made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Halifax Academy will square off against Satellite at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Out-of-Door Academy, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will square off against Santa Fe Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
