Football Recap: Eureka Comes Up Short

The Eureka Loggers and the Novato Hornets were almost perfectly matched up on Saturday, but the Eureka Loggers suffered a 21-20 loss. The Loggers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Eureka's defeat dropped their record down to 1-2. As for Novato, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Eureka wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 58-0 loss against Ferndale on the 27th. As for Novato, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 27-20 defeat against Archie Williams on the 27th.
