Basketball Recap: University Takes a Loss

University lost against Mt. Spokane back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The University Titans took a 70-64 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mt. Spokane Wildcats. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 176th, while the Wildcats are ranked 36th).

This is the second loss in a row for University and nudges their season record down to 4-12. As for Mt. Spokane, they pushed their record up to 12-6 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

University will take on Ridgeline at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Ridgeline's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six games. As for Mt. Spokane, they will square off against Ferris at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
