Volleyball Game Preview: Redmond Mustangs vs. Juanita Ravens + How To Watch

The Redmond Mustangs will venture away from home to face off against the Juanita Ravens at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Redmond took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over Woodinville. While the Mustangs didn't have the best season last year (they finished 10-13), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

The final score came out to 25-19, 23-25, 25-22, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Juanita waltzed into their match on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Cougars.

Juanita was actually outscored in aggregate across those five sets (101-98), but they still managed to win. The match finished with set scores of 20-25, 25-21, 13-25, 25-21, 15-9.

Juanita's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Redmond, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

Redmond came out on top in a nail-biter against Juanita when the teams last played back in November of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Do the Mustangs have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Ravens turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
