Loveland won the last time they faced Fort Collins and things went their way on Friday too. The Loveland Red Wolves strolled past the Fort Collins Lambkins with points to spare, taking the game 48-31.

Loveland's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Zayne Desouza, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 11 boards. Another player making a difference was Mason Morris, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and ten rebounds.

Fort Collins' loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Marcus Burkett, who posted 15 points and eight boards. That's the most rebounds Burkett has posted since back in December of 2024. Henry Peterson was another key player, putting up six points and seven boards.

Loveland's win bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Fort Collins, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 matchups, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.
