            Basketball Recap: Brentwood Eagles vs. St. Paul Lutheran Giants        
        
		
        
        
            Brentwood was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight  defeat. The  matchup between the Brentwood Eagles and the St. Paul Lutheran Giants didn't end well, with the Brentwood Eagles falling  66-52.
 It was another big night for  Brooklyn Weibrecht, who  dropped  a double-double with 25 points and 14  rebounds for St. Paul Lutheran. Weibrecht is  on a roll when it comes to  boards, as she's  now  pulled down eight or more in each of the last three games she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Reece Welier, who  shot 60% from the field on her way to 15  points.
Brentwood's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for St. Paul Lutheran, they have  been performing  well recently as they've  won ten of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record  this season.
 Brentwood does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Paul Lutheran, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  contest,  a  53-45  victory against Bismarck on the 1st.
