Softball Game Preview: Franklin Quakers vs. Ingraham Rams

Franklin hasn't had much luck against Ingraham recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Quakers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rams at 4:00 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty run totals in their previous games.

Franklin came up short against Chief Sealth on Monday, falling 27-12. The Quakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Ingraham entered their tilt with Chief Sealth on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured an 11-10 W against the Seahawks. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Rams have posted since March 11th.

Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Ingraham, their victory bumped their record up to 7-10.

Franklin skirted past Ingraham 13-12 in their previous meeting on April 8th. Will the Quakers repeat their success, or do the Rams have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
