Volleyball Recap: Bourbon County Falls to Lafayette in First Game of Season

Bourbon County had to start their season on the road on Saturday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell 2-0 to the Lafayette Generals. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

The victory keeps Lafayette at an undefeated 4-0.

Bourbon County will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Frankfort at 7:30 p.m. on the 12th. As for Lafayette, they will play host again on Saturday to welcome DuPont Manual, where the match is scheduled at 1:00 p.m.
