Basketball Recap: Impact Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Impact Christian Academy lost against Eagle's View back in November of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Impact Christian Academy Lions fell 37-26 to the Eagle's View Warriors. While losing is never fun, the Lions can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 321st, while the Warriors are ranked 147th).

This is the second loss in a row for Impact Christian Academy and nudges their season record down to 6-5. As for Eagle's View, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Impact Christian Academy Lions face off against the Duval Charter Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Impact Christian Academy is facing Duval Charter at the right time seeing as Duval Charter is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Eagle's View, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against First Coast Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
