Volleyball Recap: East Noble Finds Home Court Redemption Against Fort Wayne Wayne

There's no place like home for East Noble, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Fort Wayne Wayne Generals on Wednesday. That's more bragging rights for the Knights, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

East Noble was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-17, 25-27, 25-21.

Nate Cole paced East Noble's offense, picking up 14 kills. Cole got some help from Justice Reese and his 32 assists. Elijah Delashmit controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

East Noble's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Fort Wayne Wayne, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, East Noble will look to defend their home court on Monday against Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. As for Fort Wayne Wayne, they will head out to face off against New Haven at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
