Mott is a perfect 4-0 against South Lyon since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Corsairs will head out on the road to face off against the Lions at 7:00 p.m. Mott will be strutting in after a victory while South Lyon will be coming in after a loss.

Mott is headed into the match without a loss and will look to keep things rolling. They came out on top against Lakeland by a score of 2-0 on Thursday.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when South Lyon duked it out with South Lyon East on Thursday. The Lions fell 2-0 to the Cougars. That's two games in a row now that South Lyon have lost by exactly two goals.

Mott's win bumped their record up to 4-0-3. As for South Lyon, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

Mott took their victory against South Lyon in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 7-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Corsairs since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
