Green Bay Southwest came into Monday's contest having lost 18 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. Everything went their way against the Sheboygan South Redwings on Monday as they made off with a 22-1 win. The Fighting Trojans' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Hannah Dunlap made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. That run marked the first that she has scored this season.

In other batting news, Rayah Greatens was a standout: she got on base in all four of her plate appearances with four runs, one triple, and two RBI. Those four runs gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Lily Dunlap, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with three runs, three RBI, and one double.

Green Bay Southwest always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .682. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sheboygan South only posted an OBP of .278.

Green Bay Southwest picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 3-19. As for Sheboygan South, their defeat was their 23rd straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-24.

Looking ahead, Green Bay Southwest will square off against Manitowoc Lincoln at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Sheboygan South does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
