Basketball Game Preview: Sierra Stallions vs. Palisade Bulldogs

The Sierra Stallions will take on the Palisade Bulldogs in a tournament on Thursday.

Sierra is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Thomas Jefferson on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Sierra was outmatched by Thomas Jefferson and fell 75-20. The Stallions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 47-16.

Meanwhile, Palisade didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Lutheran on Saturday, but they still walked away with a 55-50 win.

Sierra's loss ended a seven-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 0-2. As for Palisade, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
