They came out on top against the Detroit Public Safety Academy Eagles by a score of 70-57. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Gators considering their 30-point performance the contest before.

The victory snapped Academy for Business & Tech's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-3 record. As for Detroit Public Safety Academy, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the defeat, which was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Academy for Business & Tech will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Novi Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Novi Christian Academy will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Academy for Business & Tech surely won't give up without a fight. As for Detroit Public Safety Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Sunday against University Liggett at 2:00 p.m.
