Tran continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Alfredo Flores was another key player, putting up ten points and six rebounds.

Meanwhile, everything went KIPP San Jose Collegiate's way against Summit Tahoma two weeks ago as KIPP San Jose Collegiate made off with a 62-39 win. The Wolfpack have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight contests by 21 points or more this season.

KIPP San Jose Collegiate's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-8. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 32 points. As for KIPP Navigate College Prep, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.

KIPP Navigate College Prep took a serious blow against KIPP San Jose Collegiate in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, falling 70-12. That game was all but decided by halftime, at which point KIPP Navigate College Prep was down 42-4.
