Soccer Game Preview: Jimtown vs. Glenn

Jimtown hasn't had much luck against Glenn recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Jimmies will square off against the Falcons at 6:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Jimtown will roll into the contest after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up one goal on Tuesday, then bounced right back against West Noble on Thursday. The Jimmies blew past the Chargers 7-4. The victory continues a trend for Jimtown in their matchups with West Noble: they've now won four in a row.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Glenn, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They never let Washington Township get on the board and left with a 7-0 win on Thursday. It was an even better day for Karsyn Bogard as she scored three goals for her team.

Glenn's victory bumped their record up to 10-4-1. As for Jimtown, their win bumped their record up to 8-5-1.

Jimtown suffered a grim 4-0 defeat to Glenn in their previous meeting back in August. Can the Jimmies avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
