Volleyball Recap: Washington Comes Up Short

Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the North Scott Lancers.

Washington's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for North Scott, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-2.

Washington wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Prairie on the 13th. As for North Scott, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Ankeny on the 13th.
