West Branch has gone a perfect 5-0 against Howland recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The West Branch Warriors will welcome the Howland Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the game red-hot, with West Branch sitting on three straight victories and Howland on four.

Last Saturday, West Branch didn't have too much trouble with Girard as they won 40-25. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 76th, while the Indians are ranked 387th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Howland beat Marlington 56-47 on Saturday.

Howland's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-10. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points over those games. As for West Branch, their victory bumped their record up to 19-2.

West Branch didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Howland in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 43-39 win. Will West Branch repeat their success, or does Howland have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
