Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Iota). Everything went their way against the Northwest Raiders on Wednesday as they made off with  a  24-3 win. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 17 contests by eight  runs or more this season.
 Chloe Darbonne was a standout: she went a perfect 2-for-2 with one  home run, two  stolen bases,  and four  RBI. That's the most  stolen bases  she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was  Aubrey Crochet, who  went 2-for-3 with four  RBI, two  runs,  and one  stolen base.
 Darbonne wasn't the only one making solid contact: Iota  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 13  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least nine  hits in nine consecutive  games.
Iota is  on a roll lately: they've  won 13 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-3 record  this season. Those  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Northwest, they dropped their record down to 1-9 with the  defeat, which was their fourth straight  at home.
Iota will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Raiders: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled  at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
