Shawnee extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping them up to 18-6. They blew past the Spencerville Bearcats 12-5. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won 14 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

As for Spencerville, their loss dropped their record down to 7-15. They haven't had much luck with Shawnee recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

For Spencerville's part, they saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Alexis Post, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double. Another was Gabriella King, who went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

Looking ahead, Shawnee will face off against Memorial at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Spencerville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
