It was a good run, but Athens unfortunately witnessed the end of their ten-match winning streak on Monday. They fell 2-0 to the Pleasant Plains Cardinals. The Warriors were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cardinals earlier this season, when they won 2-1.
