Basketball Recap: Wheeler Comes Up Short

Wheeler lost to Booneville back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles were dealt a 55-28 loss at the hands of the Blue Devils.

Wheeler's defeat dropped their record down to 14-5. As for Booneville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wheeler will square off against Pine Grove at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Booneville, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Corinth at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
