Basketball Recap: Tillamook Takes a Loss

Tillamook was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 71-54 to the St. Helens Lions. The Cheesemakers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Lions earlier this season, when they won 55-43.

Tillamook's loss dropped their record down to 7-13. As for St. Helens, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tillamook will head out to take on Astoria at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Helens, they will venture away from home to challenge Scappoose at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
