Lincoln Christian came into Friday's contest looking for another win against Platteview, but Logan Grosdidier wouldn't allow it. The Trojans came out on top against the Crusaders by a score of 51-44 on Friday for which the team can thank Grosdidier, who threw for 347 yards and four TDs while picking up 10.5 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 47 yards and a pair of scores. His passing game has become a key predictor of Platteview's success: the team is 2-1 when his passer rating is 110 or higher, but only 2-4 otherwise.

Braxton Pickett was Grosdidier's top target, picking up 109 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns. The bulk of those receiving yards came from one huge play: a catch that gained an incredible 70 yards.

Despite the loss, Lincoln Christian still got an impressive performance from Kade Stryker, who rushed for 162 yards and one score.

With the win, Platteview broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-5. As for Lincoln Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.

As of now, neither Platteview nor Lincoln Christian have any future games scheduled.
