Hillcrest Lutheran Academy had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Ashby Arrows with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Comets were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Arrows, so the Comets were just returning the favor.

Hillcrest Lutheran Academy's win bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Ashby, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Looking ahead, Hillcrest Lutheran Academy will square off against Wheaton/Herman-Norcross at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ashby, they will face off against Hancock at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
