Softball Recap: Nativity BVM Green Wave vs. Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Red Raiders
Nativity BVM was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 13-10 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Red Raiders. Even if the Green Wave couldn't come away with the win, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.
Anna Jansson stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: she got on base in four of her five plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Lauren Clark, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
