Fort Wayne South Side had lost four games straight , but after bumping their record up to 2-5 on Tuesday that streak is in the rearview. Everything went their way against the Lakewood Park Christian Panthers as they made off with a 19-9 victory. The Archers' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Drew Pancake was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Casen Harl, who went 2-for-5 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base.

Fort Wayne South Side always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .632. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

As for Lakewood Park Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6. Even though they lost, their still made a splash at the plate and bumped their average scoring up to 6.4 runs per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).

On Lakewood Park Christian's side, Caleb Schlabach made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with five RBI, one run, and one double. That double marked the first that Schlabach has hit this season.
