Softball Recap: St. Andrew's Episcopal Comes Up Short

St. Andrew's Episcopal was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They took an 11-6 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Magee Trojans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Trojans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 24-9 two weeks ago.

St. Andrew's Episcopal's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Magee, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-9.

Coming up, St. Andrew's Episcopal will challenge Terry at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Saints' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Bulldogs have averaged an impressive 9 runs per game this season. Magee does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
