Softball Recap: Andover Takes a Loss

Andover fell victim to Bolivar-Richburg and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Wolverines, falling 16-0. The loss continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Wolverines: they've now lost eight in a row.

Andover now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Bolivar-Richburg, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-4 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Andover will venture away from home to challenge Hammondsport at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Bolivar-Richburg, they will head out to square off against Friendship at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
