Rosemont had lost four straight on the road, but on Wednesday they dropped their record down to 5-19-1 to make it five. They fell just short of the Bradshaw Christian Pride by a score of 14-13. On the bright side, the 13- run performance marked the Wolverines' highest-scoring game to date.

Talia Adams was huge no matter where she played even without the win. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out eight batters over 4.2 innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits (and only one walk). That's the fewest hits she has allowed since back in April. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base.
