Randleman has played every game this season on their home court, but they'll have to hit the road on Tuesday. They will face off against the Asheboro Blue Comets at 7:30 p.m. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Thursday, Randleman humbled Ledford with a 59-23 victory. With Randleman ahead 44-9 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Randleman's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Tyshaun Goldston, who scored 14 points along with 3 blocks, and Greg Price, who scored 15 points. John Kirkpatrick was another key contributor, scoring 7 points.
Meanwhile, Asheboro strolled past Southwestern Randolph with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 68-51.
The opposite results left the teams with opposite records: Randleman's victory pushed their record up to 2-0, while Ledford's defeat dropped theirs down to 0-2.
Randleman strolled past Asheboro in their previous matchup on Tuesday by a score of 70-56. The rematch might be a little tougher for Randleman since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
