Softball Recap: Genoa Central Comes Up Short

Genoa Central fell victim to Taylor and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that the Dragons have lost by just one run.

Genoa Central has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-9 record this season. As for Taylor, the win (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 14-3.

Genoa Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Taylor, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Hermitage at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
