Soccer Game Preview: Independence vs. San Jose

The Independence 76ers will head out to take on the San Jose Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Last Thursday, Independence and Gunderson finished up their contest with a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, San Jose played to a draw too, finishing 0-0 against Gunderson.

With that draw, San Jose's record moves to 5-6-5. As for Independence, they moved theirs to 3-3-3.

Independence couldn't quite get it done against San Jose when the teams last played two weeks ago as they fell 2-0. Can the 76ers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
