On Friday Juniata Valley will have to hit the road after three straight games at home. They will venture away from home to take on the Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Juniata Valley is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They claimed a resounding 49-16 win over West Branch at home. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Hornets as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Andrew Clark was his usual excellent self, rushing for 140 yards and four touchdowns, while also throwing for five yards and a touchdown. Vincent Hoover was another key back, rushing for 78 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries.

It was another big night for Rocco Reifer, who rushed for 165 yards and a touchdown. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 107.8 rushing yards per game.
