Basketball Game Preview: Lewiston-Altura Cardinals vs. Kingsland Knights

Lewiston-Altura hasn't had much luck against Kingsland recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Lewiston-Altura Cardinals will be home for the holidays to greet the Kingsland Knights at 7:15 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

Last Friday, Lewiston-Altura came up short against Chatfield and fell 65-52.

Meanwhile, Kingsland came up short against United Christian Academy on Monday, falling 53-27. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lewiston-Altura's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Kingsland, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Lewiston-Altura might still be hurting after the 75-52 defeat they got from Kingsland when the teams last played back in January of 2020. Can Lewiston-Altura avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
