Centennial had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.7 goals) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Emerson Mavericks. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in February.

Centennial's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-1-4. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those four games. As for Emerson, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-6-2.
