Basketball Recap: Greybull Takes a Loss

Greybull lost against Rocky Mountain back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Greybull Buffaloes fell 62-50 to the Rocky Mountain Grizzlies.

Cole Minchow was a one-man wrecking crew for Rocky Mountain as he went 7-for-13 from beyond the arc on his way to 28 points. Minchow is becoming a predictor of Rocky Mountain's success: when he posts at least 20 points the team is undefeated (and 6-10 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of Bryce Haslem, who posted eight points.

Greybull's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Rocky Mountain, their record now sits at 9-10.

Greybull has already played their next matchup, a 64-32 defeat against Hot Springs County on the 15th. As for Rocky Mountain, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 45-40 victory against Shoshoni on the 15th.
