Soccer Recap: Drury Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Drury was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 8-2 to the Mount Anthony Patriots. While losing is never fun, Drury can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' soccer rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 286th in Massachusetts, while Mount Anthony are ranked 46th in Vermont).

Drury's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5-1. As for Mount Anthony, the victory snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 3-7 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Drury will welcome Gateway Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mount Anthony, they will look to defend their home pitch on Wednesday against Brattleboro at 6:00 p.m.
