Flag Football Recap: Regina Dominican Takes a Loss

Regina Dominican and Loyola Academy squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Regina Dominican had to settle for second. They took a blow against the Ramblers, falling 39-0. Having soared to a lofty 59 points in the game before, the Panthers' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Payton Aylward threw for 87 yards on ten of 23 attempts. Cara Sullivan was her top target, picking up 62 receiving yards. On the ground, Natalia Cerrado rushed for 42 yards.

Regina Dominican's loss dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Loyola Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season.
