Basketball Recap: Lutheran North Comes Up Short

Lutheran North lost against Richard back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lutheran North Mustangs were dealt an 80-34 loss at the hands of the Richard Pioneers. The matchup marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Lutheran North's defeat was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Richard, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-2.

While Lutheran North had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
