Baseball Game Preview: Southeast Lancers vs. Central Heights Vikings

The Southeast Lancers will take on the Central Heights Vikings at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

Southeast is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Galena just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Thursday. They lost 7-0 to the Bulldogs. The Lancers were red-hot at the plate heading into the game (they scored no less than ten runs in the four matchups prior), but the Bulldogs' pitchers proved too tough.

Meanwhile, Central Heights strolled into their game on Monday with a perfect record and they left with the same. Everything went their way against Pleasanton as they made off with an 18-3 win. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by ten runs or more this season.

Central Heights' victory bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Southeast, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-3.
