Basketball Recap: Bonduel's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Friday

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wittenberg-Birnamwood, Bonduel was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Weyauwega-Fremont Warhawks by a score of 49-36. Given the Bears' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 48th, while the Warhawks are ranked 168th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Bonduel has also been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. As for Weyauwega-Fremont, they now have a losing record at 5-6.

Bonduel will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Iola-Scandinavia at 7:00 p.m. Weyauwega-Fremont has already played their next contest (against Lourdes), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
