Guilford is 8-1 against Rockford Auburn since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Vikings will square off against the Knights at 7:00 p.m. Rockford Auburn took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Guilford, who comes in off a win.

On Thursday, Guilford earned a 2-0 victory over Belvidere. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Bucs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Guilford took both sets by at least 15 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-7.

Meanwhile, Rockford Auburn came up short against Highland Park on Friday and fell 2-0. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Giants recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-18.

Rockford Auburn's defeat dropped their record down to 15-15. As for Guilford, they pushed their record up to 17-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Guilford beat Rockford Auburn 2-0 when the teams last played back in April. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Vikings since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
