Freeland won against Sacred Heart Academy last Wednesday with four runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Falcons skirted past the Frankenmuth Eagles 4-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Falcons have posted since May 22, 2024.

Freeland is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Frankenmuth, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 7-5.
