After low-scoring totals in their previous three game, Thornwell brought some dynamite into their most recent match. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Calhoun Falls Charter Blue Flashes a 12-0 shutout on Monday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Saints as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

The team relied heavily on Tru'Mari Kinard-Shelton, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with five RBI, two runs, and one triple. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March. Parker Workman was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI.
