Softball Recap: Chico Panthers vs. Pleasant Valley Vikings
Chico and Pleasant Valley squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Chico had to settle for second. They fell 6-3 to the Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, with their most recent defeat being a 4-3 loss two weeks ago.

Addi Hosier made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and got on base in all three of her plate appearances with two stolen bases and one run. She has been hot, having posted at least one stolen base the last five times she's played. Emily Babler also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.
