Volleyball Recap: Century Edges Past Gresham

Gresham's tournament run continued when they took on Century on Saturday. The Gophers fell just short of the Jaguars by a score of 2-1. The Gophers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gresham now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Century, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Coming up, Gresham will be playing in front of their home fans against Clackamas at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Gophers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Century, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Ida B. Wells on the 1st.
