Southern Fulton has gone 10-0 against Forbes Road recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. Having just played yesterday, the Southern Fulton Indians will get right back to it and host Forbes Road at 7:30 p.m. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Southern Fulton has struggled recently with three losses in a row, while Forbes Road will arrive with three straight wins.

On Thursday, Southern Fulton was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 44-38 to Everett. While the Indians didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Warriors 12-8 in the first quarter.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Teagan Ritz, who went 6 for 11 on his way to 12 points. He continues to improve, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Trentin Cain, who posted nine points and four blocks.

While Forbes Road didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They blew past Ferndale 74-45 on Wednesday. Forbes Road has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 28 points or more this season.

Southern Fulton's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Forbes Road, their victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-1.

Everything came up roses for Southern Fulton against Forbes Road in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as the squad secured a 54-22 win. Does Southern Fulton have another victory up their sleeve, or will Forbes Road turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
