Baseball Recap: Annapolis Panthers vs. South River Seahawks
Annapolis lost to South River back in April of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Panthers fell just short of the Seahawks by a score of 3-2.
Annapolis saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Graham Brown, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI. John Davis also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
Annapolis has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season. As for South River, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7-1 record this season.
